Intraoral Camera
The intraoral camera is leading edge technology in a dental exam. The camera is about the size of a dental mirror and virtually replaces the need for a dental mirror and explorer, traditionally used to poke or scrape teeth during a dental exam.
The intraoral camera helps Dr. Djawdan identify any problems areas under magnification in their earliest stages such as:
- Cavities
- Cracked teeth
- Defective leaky fillings
- Cavities next to old fillings
- Tartar and plaque
