During the consultation 3D imaging was used to plan for the removal of teeth and placement of dental implants. Impressions were taken to fabricate a provisional hybrid bridge.

Problem: Patient stated that he wanted a "Hollywood smile". We asked him to explain what he pictured as a "Hollywood Smile". He said he wanted to correct the chips on the upper teeth, close the space between two of his upper teeth have a big, broad white smile.

Replace Worn and Stained Composite Bonding

Problem: Patient was complaining that she had a gummy smile, her teeth appeared yellow and stumpy. She wanted a whiter more natural looking smile. Patient previously had composite veneers placed to close spaces. Over time the composite became stained and dull. The spaces were closed by making 6 teeth wider with composite veneers.

Solution: Color correction was achieved with Zoom whitening in-office. Laser gum contouring corrected the gummy smile and 8 porcelain veneers accomplished closing the spaces with golden proportions.
