Swelling And Irritation
After oral and maxillofacial surgery, you will experience achiness, popping or clicking sounds, and tightness when you smile or laugh. Your tissues will also swell to their peak for the next few days after discharge, and it will take a few weeks or months to attain their final definition.
Numbness

Jaw Movement
