All-On-4
The All-On-4 clinical solution has been developed to maximize the use of available bone and allow Immediate Function™. All-On-4 is a relatively new technique in the United States but has been done for about 12 years with great success in Europe. This technique uses fewer implants that are placed at mechanical inclinations to maximize support. The use of angled implant placement allows us to avoid anatomical areas that previously required bone grafting. Eliminating the need for bone grafting saves months in healing and thousands of dollars. All-On-4 saves time and money and we are excited to make this option available to our patients
Dr. Djawdan is on the cutting edge of reconstructive dental medicine. He is among only a few dentists in the United States that has the advanced training, technology and experience to offer Nobel Biocare Immediate Function procedures for replacing hopeless and missing teeth. With the Immediate Function procedures, a 3D CAT Scan is used with virtual planning software to plan the dental implant placement and to facilitate the design and fabrication of the replacement teeth.
Following a consultation and treatment planning visit, the patient can be scheduled for surgery implantation and the new teeth are fitted and adjusted in one appointment (even when extractions are necessary). The patient comes to the office in the morning with unhealthy (or no) teeth, and leaves in the afternoon with a beautiful set of fixed, functional provisional teeth. Most patients find that they are able to eat and speak with a confidence they have not experienced in years the very next day.
